Terahertz spintronic magnetometer (TSM)

چکیده
A ferromagnetic metal consists of localized electrons and conduction coupled through strong exchange interaction. Together, these contribute to the magnetization system, while lead formation spin charge current. Femtosecond out equilibrium photoexcitation thin films generates a transient current at ultrafast timescales that have opened route probe magnetism offered by electrons. In presence neighboring heavy layer, non-equilibrium is converted into pulsed gives rise terahertz (THz) emission. Here, we propose demonstrate tool known as spintronic magnetometry. The hysteresis loop obtained sweeping pulse amplitude function magnetic field in excellent agreement with vibrating-sample magnetometer measurements. Furthermore, modified transfer-matrix method employed model THz propagation within heterostructure theoretically elucidates linear relationship between sample magnetization. correlation, thus, reveals emission an magnetometry reliable in-plane detection, highlighting its technological importance characterization thin-films spectroscopy.
